This division was founded in 2015 as EB5 Agents in order to offer foreign investor financial investments marketing in the EB-5 Visa industry.

The investments came at $500,000 USD per investor into a U.S. designated regional center for a period of 10 years at 1% interest rates. We’ve since re-branded in 2024 as Binh Duong EB-5 Capital.

We work with U.S. Regional Centers and other businesses that want to work with the regional centers in securing capital in the range of $500,000 up into the hundreds of millions. We provide marketing services as migration agents to the projects for a flat fee on top of the investment paid for by the foreign investor who is looking for citizenship.

We worked on multiple funding projects including the, now fully funded, New York 435 Grand Project by the NYIF Regional Center along with Kushner Real Estate.

We typically work with Vietnam which is our primary market. It is there that we have migration agents in Binh Duong Province who can speak in Vietnamese to the investors from Vietnam.

Sometimes we also work with investors from other countries such as China, Mexico, and the Middle East.
